What is a personal concierge service? Have you ever thought to yourself that you wished you could be in two places at once or wished there were more hours in the day to get everything done? A Personal Concierge helps you free up precious free time by running errands, planning events, doing your personal grocery shopping, taking care of your home and pets while you’re away, checking on your elderly parents, helping you declutter and get rid of things you don’t want, etc. etc. Ask Me Concierge’s sole mission is to give you time to do what is important to you. We help you be more productive. By managing and organizing your events, errands, appointments, and more, you can spend your precious time with your family and friends making memories that will last a lifetime. Whether you are looking for a full-time assistant or an occasional helping hand, we are here for you! How does this work? Phone, text or schedule a time for a 15 minute consultation. We will discuss the best way to get done what you need done. You can pay the flat hourly rate or take advantage of packages that fit your needs. Senior Citizens that are preparing to move to a Retirement Community but just can’t do all the downsizing and decluttering that is involved. Enjoy your Retirement and leave all the hard work to us. ANYONE that wants to spend their time doing more important things like spending time with family and friends. What other details do I need to know? Ask Me Concierge is a registered LLC in the State of Texas. We carry General Liability Insurance and bonded within the Texas Notary Commission. 4 Hour Time block preferred, but determined during consultation. We accept payment via cash, local check, or credit card. Also Facebook Messenger, PayPal or Venmo Time is scheduled in advance. Emergencies may incur a Rush surcharge. Any expected expenses estimated and prepaid. (groceries, car service, etc.) Mileage included if within set service areas. Special rates and discounts may be provided for larger projects requiring more time.  Ask Us for details. Who provides the services? Ask Me Concierge consists of a fabulous team, some of which are sub-contractors and on-call, depending on the project. Each Assistant has had a background check. Plus we have established relationships with several reputable service providers such as house cleaners, shipping companies, movers, carpet cleaners, landscapers, caterers, etc. All professional service providers are vetted and knows how important it is to get a call and referral from Ask Me Concierge. Office Hours Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  If we hear from you during this time you’re likely to hear back from us within a couple of hours.  If you need to get in touch with us outside these times, leave a message and we will do our absolute best to return your call as soon as we can. Services can be negotiated beyond normal business hours, weekends, and even holidays. (An additional charge may apply.) Errands A minimum 24-hour notice is typically required for all services, however, same day requests will be accommodated as schedule permits. All rates include the area noted within our “Service Area Map” for each request. Travel outside this area for a single request may incur additional charges. Holidays Work completed on any holiday may incur a Holiday surcharge regardless of package selected. Holidays are: New Years Day, Easter Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun), Memorial Day Weekend (Fri, Sat Sun, Mon), July 3rd and 4th, Labor Day Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon), Thanksgiving Weekend (Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun), Christmas & New Years (Dec 22 thru Jan 3). Please contact us for additional details. Cancellations/No-Shows A 72-hour notice is required for cancellation of scheduled services. Less than 48 hours notice may incur as much as a $125 service charge. If no notice is given or if the client is a no-show for the scheduled appointment, the full service fee will apply, or the time will be deducted from your package pricing. If the client is late for a scheduled appointment, the hourly/package rate will still begin at the scheduled start time. Expenses All expected expenses are requested to be estimated and at least an estimated 50% paid at same time as project fee. Any expenses incurred during service will be paid upon delivery. Payment We accept cash, local checks, PayPal and all major credit cards. You may also pay via Venmo and Facebook Messenger. A minimum of four hours is preferred but provisions may be made depending on the project. All hours thereafter will be billed in 15-minute increments. Checks returned for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient funds, closed accounts, and stop payments, are subject to a $45.00 Returned Check Fee. We reserve the right to recover the costs of collection of delinquent accounts, including court costs, reasonable attorney and/or collection agency fees. Prompt payment is expected for additional services or other unforeseen costs. In addition to the service rate, all costs of materials, expenses and taxes are the responsibility of the client. There will be a 5% non-refundable fee for any items or expenses purchased with Ask Me Concierge funds. Full reimbursement is expected upon delivery of goods or services. In the event that the client is not present at delivery, an invoice will be sent for reimbursement and must be paid upon receipt. Late fees, at 5% interest daily, will begin to accrue three (3) days after service has been completed. For purchase of high-ticket items a prepayment before service is required. Gratuities are greatly appreciated but completely at your discretion and divided amongst the whole team involved. Information All personal information will remain confidential. Your information will not ever be sold or distributed in any way. Ask Me Concierge, LLC is respectful with your privacy. Personal information will only be collected with your consent and will not be shared with any third party. Confidential client information or data collected will only be used for internal purposes, including improving client services or extending special offers to our clients. I will never divulge the names of our clients to mailing lists or other corporations. E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented, or leased to 3rd parties. E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates. If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in e-mail that you receive. Refunds Services are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, time will be spent to address or correct the issue. Discounts and Special Offers Your business helps us to help others in our community. We are happy to offer special considerations including working hours, scheduling, and special discounts on basic services to Seniors over 75 years old, military, teachers, and public servants. It is my way of  saying ‘Thank you’ to those that serve others.  Those undergoing chemo/radiation or other treatments for life-threatening illnesses will also receive loving reassurance of special considerations. Other Misc Info If delivery includes alcoholic beverages, an adult 21 or older must be present to accept delivery. Prices and services subject to change without notice. Not responsible for damages incurred by situations out of my control. (weather, criminals, other people) Ask Me Concierge, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any person and refuse any service request deemed unethical, immoral, illegal, or that would present a danger. Gratuities are greatly appreciated but completely at your discretion.
