    I’m here to eliminate stress and make sure your move runs smoothly .

    As basic as just packing and unpacking
         or extensive full Relocation Management.
    • Relocation Management –
      Help plan, coordinate, and organize the entire moving process.
    • Obtain or arrange for delivery of boxes and packing material
    • Arrange, sort, and label household inventory
    • Prepare a complete household inventory
    • Organize files and shredding of paperwork as needed
    • Help with decluttering and purging (keep, donate, discard, sell, or pass along to family and friends)
    • Coordinate shipping, appraisers and storage facilities
    • Assist in consigning, selling, listing online process
    • Pack boxes and label boxes

    • Or I can do as little as just pack boxes and leave all the rest to you.

    Rates –
    Relocation Management – $50/hour
    Actual Packing time – $65/hr for 1 person | $120/hour for 2 people

    Rush job (Within 24 hour notice) and working past 7pm may incur additional charges.

    Rate may vary depending on number of stairs, working conditions, and materials needed.

    Packing Material (Boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, etc) available for additional charge. Deposit required. Minimum 2 day turn around to purchase and bring along.

    Post-Move and Unpacking/Organizing Services

    • Directing furniture and box placement as truck is unloaded
    • Unpacking, Organizing and setting up living spaces with your family, schedule and likes in mind
    • Removing packing materials
    • Coordinating with vendors and overseeing all work needed for move-in
    • Preparing your new and/or old home for new residents (Move out/Move in cleaning, repairs, etc.)
    Mounting and Reconnecting electronics available for an additional Charge

    Rates –
    Relocation Management – $50/hour
    Actual Unpacking and Organizing – $75/hour for 1 person | $145/hour for 2

    12 hours = $500
    Three 4 hours sessions paid and scheduled in advance. Minimum 4 hours per visit.

    Complete Household Management Package

    30 hours = $1,200
    Minimum 4 hours per visit.

    Set weekly day and time preferred but you get preferential treatment and no Rush surcharge. (upon availability of other duties.)

    Little Darling Package – $175

    Includes 4 hours of personal concierge service to pick up and deliver diapers, formula, medicine, meals and any other essential items. We can also help the new mom with addressing and mailing thank you notes and birth announcements. This is a perfect shower gift!
    Must be used within one visit. (No roll-over.)
    4 hour minimum per visit.
    Requires prepayment and scheduling of at least 3 days in advance preferred.
    If outside service area, an additional fee may be added.

     

    TLC (Tender Loving Care) Package – $375

    Senior T.L.C. / Out-Patient Visits / Sick Assistance
    If you have an elderly parent, friend, or family member who’s ill or just been released from the hospital, our TLC includes buying/delivering groceries and prescriptions, running general errands, making sure pets are fed, delivering meals and other needs for 9 hours. 3 Visits with a 3 hour minimum per visit.
    No roll-over.
    Requires prepayment and scheduling of at least 3 days in advance preferred.
    If outside service area, an additional fee may be added.

      Pet sitter

      Overnight or Drop-in

      Drop In – 30 Minutes –   $25

      Based on 16 Hours of service –

      Including feeding evening and morning, walking at least once, playing with multiple times, then letting out in mid-morning before leaving. I can also bring in the mail and packages, water plants, take trash to and from the curb, and other household chores if requested. I also do a security check of windows, doors and perimiter upon request. I’ll even send a daily pic of us having fun together.

      So if you furkid is used to eating at 6pm, I will arrive no later than 5:30pm. The next morning, at 5:30am, I will commence the morning routine as established by you. If requested, I will then let them out again at 9am before leaving at 9:30am.

      If your furkid needs to be let out again mid day before I return at 5:30pm, an additional $25 charge may be charged. This will be discussed upon initial intake.

      Additional Rate Schedule
      Administer Medication – $10 per pet
      Additional Pet Fee per Pet per Visit – $10
      Holiday Fee Per Day (*see below) – $10

      Each 30 Minute visit typically includes –
    • Food and Water
    • 15 minute walk for a 30 minute visit, 30 minute walk for a 60 minute visit
    • Brushing if requested
    • If cat visit, Box Scooping and Refresh
    • Cage/Aquarium Cleaning

    • Visit may also include trip to Vet, Groomers, or Doggy Day Care at no additional cost as long as location is within 10 miles of your home. If not, an additional $1.25 per mile will be charged per Google maps. If time to and from location exceeds the 60 minutes, time will be rounded up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

      If I stay the night in your home, I will tidy before I leave. I also wash the linens.

      Additional Information and Fees
      An initial consultation phone call will be scheduled prior to our first service. You will be asked to fill out a Pet Profile Intake Form before the first visit to meet.
      Please make arrangements a minimum 72 hours in advance.
      We will make every attempt to accommodate last minute requests.
      Last minute services (within 12 hours) may be subject to additional fees.

      * Please schedule holidays at least two weeks in advance ($10 per day fee)
      Holiday fees are applied on the following days:
      * New Years (Dec 31 thru Jan 2)
      * Good Friday thru Easter (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
      * Memorial Day (Saturday thru Monday)
      * 3rd and 4th of July
      * Labor Day Weekend (Saturday thru Monday) * Thanksgiving (Wednesday thru Sunday)
      * Christmas (Dec 23 thru 27)

      Travel Fees may be assessed for clients living outside of Lago Vista, Point Venture and Jonestown. Will be discussed upon initial intake conversation.

      ALL THIS IS PROVIDED TO YOU BY A PROFESSIONAL PET CARE PROVIDER TRAINED with PET FIRST AID AND CPR.
